Residents of Treesdale Apartments can pay their rent online through the Rent Café portal. Please contact the leasing office for information on how to register for Rent Café if you have not already done so. To proceed, currently registered residents should log into their portal and select the ‘Payments’ button — it’s that easy! If you require any extra assistance, please contact the office.
Apartment Maintenance Request
The maintenance staff at Treesdale Apartments would like to make your apartment living as comfortable as possible. Treesdale Apartments is proud to offer 24-hour emergency assistance as well as timely attention to any non-emergency requests for our residents. At Treesdale, every maintenance call is treated as a priority. If and when you have a maintenance service request, please call it to our attention when it first occurs so that we can respond quickly and remedy the problem. Hopefully, you’ll never need this service, but if you do, you will certainly appreciate having our trained service staff just a phone call away. You may also use the online service request for all non-emergency requests.

Please remember that when calling the 24-hour maintenance number after office hours and on holidays, you will reach an answering service. The answering service will ask you the nature of the problem and determine if it is a “true” emergency. Our personnel will then be contacted by the answering service if a true emergency does exist.
