Application Fee: $32 (non-refundable), per applicant (all residents over 18, and all co-signers)
Security Deposit: Equal to one month's rent for the unit selected (refundable)
Pets: allowed (some restrictions apply)
Deposit: $100 refundable pet deposit and $50 pet fee
Additional Rent: $20 for one pet, $25 for two pets
Lease Terms: 12 months, flexible leases may be available with a rent surcharge.
Completely Furnished Corporate Units available upon request.
